"Really disappointing accessibility experience"
I reached out before the event to ask about accessibility accommodations, hoping it would be straightforward. At first I was just anxious and trying to plan ahead, but then the reply came really late and barely answered my questions, which was frustrating. When I got to the con, I tried to stay patient, but the staff seemed confused and I had to keep explaining the same thing to different people over and over. It went from annoying to upsetting fast. I really wanted to enjoy myself, but it felt like there wasn’t any real plan in place for disabled guests. In the end, I left early because I was too stressed and it just didn’t feel worth it anymore

"Kind of regret going with them"
I wish I’d looked around more before choosing them. I barely got any updates unless I kept reaching out first, even for the smallest things. It got frustrating quickly and made the whole experience feel like more work than it should’ve been.

"I paid extra for VIP thinking..."
I paid extra for VIP thinking it would make the whole experience smoother, but it felt like a waste. We still spent way too much time waiting in long lines, which was really frustrating since that was one of the main reasons I upgraded. The staff kept giving different answers, and the so-called exclusive perks were barely anything. I emailed afterward hoping someone would help or at least explain, but I didn’t get anything useful back. I definitely wouldn’t pay for VIP again.

"Celeb photo felt rushed"
I paid for a celeb photo op, and it was done before I could even take it in. The staff kept the line moving so fast that there wasn’t really time for a hello or any kind of moment. I get that they have a lot of people to get through, but for the price, I kind of expected it to feel a little less like being shuffled through

I went in thinking there would be a lot more vendor booths, but a bunch of them had similar stuff. Because of that, it started to feel repetitive and I got bored faster than I expected

"Too pricey for what you get"
The tickets felt way too expensive for the experience. I’m cautious about spending that much unless I feel confident it’s going to be worth it, and this just didn’t deliver for the price.

Security was the worst part of IncredibleCon for me. The line was all over the place, and it never felt clear where anyone was supposed to go. People were asking staff, staff were pointing in different directions, and the bag check rules seemed to change every few minutes, like one person said small bags were fine, another said they needed to be opened a certain way, and then someone else acted like we were in the wrong line completely.
One guard told me to go one way, then another made me turn around and go back outside, which was super frustrating. It felt like nobody was on the same page. I saw people with backpacks getting treated differently than people with tote bags, people with props being told different things, and even parents with kids looking totally lost. It wasn’t just confusing, it also came off kind of rude at times.
I totally get that security is necessary, especially at a big event like this, but this setup made the whole morning stressful. Instead of feeling excited walking in, I felt annoyed, rushed, and kind of embarrassed for not knowing what to do, even though nobody had explained it clearly. It just put a bad taste in my mouth before the day even really started.

"Getting Around Was Honestly Confusing??"
I had a hard time getting around the venue. The accessibility setup wasn’t great, and the ramps and signs were kind of confusing?? I also didn’t feel like there was much help from staff when I needed it, which made the whole experience more frustrating than it should’ve been.

"Parking just wasn’t worth the hassle"
Parking was a mess. Circled around forever, got confused by the signs, and the nearby lots filled up way too fast. Ended up paying more than I wanted and still had to walk far. Kind of put me in a bad mood before the day even really started.

I don’t know if it was just my experience, but the line management felt really messy. Staff kept moving people around, and it seemed like nobody knew what was going on. I ended up waiting way longer than expected and missed parts of what I had paid to see, which was frustrating. Maybe others had a smoother time, but it definitely didn’t feel well organized to me

"Not what I was expecting"
I expected the place to be a lot cleaner than it was. The bathrooms were gross, and the floors felt sticky almost everywhere I walked. It just didn’t match the impression I had before going in.

I don’t know, the whole vibe just felt really awkward to me. Compared to other spots I’ve been to, it felt way more crowded and loud, and not in a fun way. The staff seemed stressed too, which kind of added to the uncomfortable feeling. I ended up leaving early because I just wasn’t enjoying it.

"Autograph line felt like a waste"
I was really looking forward to the autograph session, but the line was so disorganized that it felt like I lost a big chunk of my time for nothing. I kept waiting because I didn’t want to miss my chance after already being there, but in the end it just wasn’t worth it.

I feel kind of stupid for trusting the schedule they gave me. The times kept changing, and it made it really annoying to plan anything around them. I kept trying to be patient, but it ended up being way more frustrating than it should’ve been.

"Guest lineup kind of missed the mark for me"
I looked over the guest lineup and, i was disappointed. There just weren’t many names that made me excited to go, and for the ticket price plus the trip... I don’t know, it didn’t feel worth it for me. I’m sure some people were into it, but personally, it just wasn’t what I was hoping for.

I waited around for the photo, and in the end it came out blurry. Reading between the lines, it felt like things were a bit rushed or not very organized, which was disappointing after taking the time to be there.
